Pre-licensing Broker Course is being offered in Kokomo starting March 5 through May 9.
They can begin a real estate career with RECP. Complete RECP's unique 10-week blended class that combines live classroom instruction and online learning. For 10 weeks, students spend two nights per week in the classroom and complete one online class each week. Students must complete the online module each week as scheduled or it is counted as an absence.
To earn an Indiana real estate broker’s license they must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Take and pass the 90-hour prelicense broker course which includes 3 tests (100 questions, 1 attempt for each). You must have a cumulative score of 225 points or more to receive your completion certificate.
- Take and pass the in-person, Indiana state pre-licensing exam through the state testing facility – Pearson Vue (www.pearsonvue.com). After passing the state exam, you need to apply for a real estate broker license with the Indiana Real Estate Commission.
